IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read this screen entirely

Minimum System Requirements:
  • Time:  If the program is left inactive for 20 minutes or more, your session will expire and your progress no longer saved. If you must leave before the orientation is finished, please sign out and close the program entirely and when you return, log in with your existing 6 digit code. Any training completed before exiting the program will be saved.
  • Operating System:  Windows ME, 2000, XP, Vista or higher. Unfortunately at this time Mac based computers are not supported.
  • Web Browser:  Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. FireFox, Safari, Google Chrome or other browsers are not supported at this time.
  • Animation Player:  Flash Player, version 5 or higher. Version 10 (recommended). You can download the free Flash Player from http://www.adobe.com/downloads
  • Audio:  Your computer must have a sound card, and speakers or headphones.

Quick Fixes:
Problem:  You click on "Click here to start or continue the course" but the screen does not respond.
Solution:  There may be a message at the top of the screen similar to the following: 

Click on the bar to open its menu and choose to "Always allow pop-ups from this site". Then try again to click the link to start or continue the course.

Problem:  The program is sized incorrectly on your monitor. Part of the screen bleeds off the page, part of the screen is missing, or You do not see navigation icons on the bottom of the screen.
Solution:  First, you may see a percentage in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window. Make sure that percentage is set to 100% and then press the F11 key at the top of your keyboard to initiate "Full Screen Mode" in Internet Explorer. To exit full screen mode, simply press the F11 key a second time.
Problem:  You have completed all of the sections, however, the Testing and Evaluation section is still not available.
Solution:  This indicates you have left the program inactive for more than 20 minutes. Please completely close all of your Internet Explorer windows and then reopen the site. When prompted choose to sign in as an already registered user and enter your 6 digit code. Any training you completed before your session expired will be saved.
Problem:  You have a sound card and speakers or headphones, yet you are getting the following error:

Solution:  Click Ok to the error and at the top of the screen there should be an information bar similar to the following:
Click on the bar and from the menu choose to "Run Add-on". A confirmation window will appear and again choose to "Run".
Problem:  You have passed the Testing and Evaluation section but are unable to print your certificate.
Solution:  Certificates can be printed at any time by signing back into the program with your 6 digit code from any computer. Simply choose the "I have registered on this program before" button and you will be prompted to enter your 6 digit code. After confirming your account information, you will be taken to the Welcome screen which should reflect the date you received your certification and a link to print the certification again.
Problem:  You did not receive your receipt via email.
Solution:  Please first check your Spam folders to make sure the email did not accidentally get delivered to that folder. If you still do not have your receipt, it can be printed at any time by signing back into the program with your existing 6 digit code. Simply choose the "I have registered on this program before" button and you will be prompted to enter your 6 digit code. After confirming your account information, you will be taken to the Welcome screen which should reflect the date you received your certification and a link to print the receipt again. If there is no link to the receipt you may have selected to be invoiced for the training and you will be sent an invoice via fax or mail.
