IF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OCCUR, RETURN TO THIS PAGE
	REQUIREMENTS: Your computer must have a sound card, and speakers or headphones. Operating System:   Windows ME, NT, 2000, XP. Web Browser:  Internet Explorer, version 6.0 or higher. Animation Player:   Flash Player, version 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 (recommended). You can download the free Flash Player from http://www.adobe.com/downloads
	Quick Fixes:
	PROBLEM:   You click to enter the program, but the screen does not respond. Or, you get a message that a pop up blocker impedes your progress.
	SOLUTION:   Locate the control key (Ctrl) on the lower left corner of your keypad. Hold the control key down, keep it down, and simultaneously click to enter the program ("Click here to start or to continue the course").
	PROBLEM:   The program is sized incorrectly on your monitor. Part of the screen bleeds off the page, part of the screen is missing.You do not see navigation icons on the bottom of the screen.
	SOLUTION:   Exit the program entirely. From your Internet Explorer browser, click “Tools” in the upper left menu bar. Click “Internet Options”. Click “Security”. Click “Custom Level”. Scroll down to “Miscellaneous”. Locate “Allow Script-Initiated Windows Without Size Or Position Constraints”, and click “Enable”. Click “OK”. Reenter the Program.
	PROBLEM:   Assuming you have a sound card and speakers (per above), you still cannot hear sound. The program indicates that it cannot find or recognize the sound card or, the program hangs and won’t run.
	SOLUTION:   Exit the program entirely. From your Internet Explorer browser, click “Tools” in the upper left menu bar. Click “Internet Options” . Click “Security” . Click “Custom Level”. Within the “ActiveX Controls And Plug Ins” category, enable each of the following: “Download Signed ActiveX Controls” , “Run ActiveX Controls and Plug Ins”, and “Script ActiveX Controls and Plug Ins”. Within the “Scripting” category, enable “Active Scripting”. Click “OK” . Reenter the program.
	PROBLEM:   You are unable to print your Completion Certificate after passing the test.
	SOLUTION:   Exit the program entirely. Reenter the program, click the "have registered" button, confirm your identity by entering your six digit code, enter the Welcome Screen, and click “Print Certificate”.
